STORY TIME!

We’ve been getting this question a lot:

Why did we put up Ruff Cuts?

It all started when in 2021, we couldn’t bring Noah, our Golden Retriever, to the pet groomer due to the pandemic. We had to book another mobile grooming service (not to be mentioned) that was recommended to us by a friend. We were very particular with Noah’s fur and how we wanted it to look like, but what happened was that they shaved of all of his fur with visible patches of longer fur that was left behind. We were sorely disappointed by the result and the fact that we had to wait for his beautiful golden locks to grow out again. It was then when we had an aha moment and decided to put up our own mobile pet grooming service; one that understands how valuable pets are to the family, one that listens to what the customers want, one that values pet safety above all else, one whose services we would be proud to provide to others, and one that we would use to groom all our own pets at home.

What started out as a disaster, actually turned into a blessing. We now have more than 2000 active happy customers who’s pets we groom on a regular basis, and that number just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

We continually improve the quality of our services through hands-on training and seminars :)

So yeah, that’s our story in a nutshell. Thank you for taking the time to read about how we started.
