A 30- minute walk is usually an achievable goal for most dog owners and will help to keep your dog fit and well balanced. For puppies, a walk that lasts 15 minutes is recommended until they are fully grown so that they do not damage their joints by doing long walks

How to properly change puppy food to minimise upset stomach:

• Mix a greater percentage of old food versus new food on the first 2 days (3/4 and 1/4 mix)
• Give equal portions of new and old food for the next 3rd to 4th days
• Follow up with 3/4 new food and 1/4 old food on the 5th to 7th day
• Their digestive system should be ready to handle only the new food after this.
