Both Golden & Labrador Retrievers are already in the Large Breed category, normally weighing from 29kg- 36kg when already a full blown adult. Our 3-year old black Labrador, Amber was even weighing at 25kg when we adopted her in April even when she was still so sickly since the original owner have so many small breed dogs and they were overwhelmed to learn how to handle & sustain a large breed. Amber is now fine and already weighing 31kg back to what's expected of an adult female Labrador Retriever.
One of our regular Pet Boarders, a Golden Retriever, Chewy was already even weighing 22.7kg when he first checked-in with us when he was only 6 months old. Yoda's owner just got mistaken of estimating her to weigh at already 18kg, when the largest male Aspin boarding with us, was just 13kg already at 11 y.o.
It's obviously a breed discrimination, esp. when wala naka-diaper and not wearing fancy clothes. Stick to the premise of looking for the VetCard/VaxCert if mamili ug pets for everyone's safety, but never use the breed in judging whose acceptable or not, since an Aspin even has more imported bloodlines than a pure breed, they're mongrels that have been able to surpass already the genetic defects of pure breed ancestries and survived the test of time and environment. An Aspin can always outlast a purebred, in real world situations.
Maayo unta if the Manager & Staff is of pure foreign blood or at least mestiza ug mas gwapa pa kaysa Aspin before maghinilas mo-look down ug Aspins. Buntag pa lang ha ug pwerteng inita, pero gisapot nako nga ga-kilat² ang kalangitan sa kalagot nagbasa ani nga article!!!🤨😏😾😠😡🤬
