Hello, everyone! Please read ahead 🫶🏻

Unfortunately, our operation kind of re****ed due to delayed and problematic operation of delivery couriers, especially J&T Express. For the record, I have (3) orders in line tagged return to seller because of their faulty sorting management. This frustrates me way more as these collars were pre-ordered and made to fit the buyers’ preferences. Customers patiently wait until the expected dispatch only for J&T Express to ruin the excitement of both the seller and buyers.

I also source my materials from the same platform where I put my craft on sale. The bells are taking longer than usual in transit, while buckles and cords have arrived since weeks ago. I am very sorry for limiting the designs I can only accommodate at the moment considering the case 😢

To our dearest custo-meows, please know that I try my best to comply with the timely dispatch, however, once your orders are out for delivery, I have no more control of the progress ☹️
