In a week's time, it will be All Saints' Day and some may be going to their hometowns to pay respect to their dearly departed loved-ones. For those who wish to board their fur babies @ , please be guided by our boarding policies and requirements:

1) pets are not sick/pregnant

2) pets' vaccination are up to date (if still a puppy, must at least be 3mos old, already vaccinated with 5in1 or 6in1 vax (3x) and anti-rabies (1x) BUT if already an adult, must have been vaccinated with one each of the 5in1 and anti-rabies and vaccinations were done not more than 12mos ago. Pls present pet's vaccination record.

3) pet owner provides sufficient amount of food to last the number of meals during the pets' stay plus treats and supplements if any.

4) pet owner provides pets' own collar or harness with leash for daily safe walks

5) pet owner provides pets' own feeding and drinking bowls for hygiene purpose

6) pet owner pays 50% downpayment based on the projected total bill to get the slot(s)

1) register your CORRECT and COMPLETE PERSONAL DETAILS: Name, Address and Contact Numbers. To avoid any inconvenience, please allow our staff to double check the contact number(s) you will provide before you leave

2) pay at least 50% of the expected bill

3) fetch your pet(s) within an hour grace period after you receive a message from our staff that your pet's grooming is done

Otherwise, you will additionally be billed daycare surcharge of:

P100 for the first hour or a fraction thereof beyond the one hour grace period and P50 for each succeeding hour or a fraction thereof.
