📢 Hello, Pet Parents! 🐾

At Puptown, we’re all about making sure your furry friends stay happy and comfortable! To keep the experience stress-free, we kindly ask you to pick up your pet within 3 hours after we let you know their grooming session is complete.

Here’s why this matters:
🐶 Less Stress: We want your pet to feel calm and relaxed, and too much time in a cage can make them anxious.
🍖 Comfort is Key: Your pet might be hungry, thirsty, or ready for some cuddles at home after their pampering session.

A Little Reminder:
⏰ If your pet’s grooming session wraps up after 5 PM, please plan to pick up your pet within an hour, as our shop closes at 6 PM.

To help everyone stay on schedule, a small ₱50 per hour overtime fee will apply if your pet is picked up more than 3 hours after we notify you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us ensure every pet gets the love and care they deserve. Thank you for trusting us with your fur babies! ❤️
