Two pangil occupying space for one. One is permanent and the other, baby tooth. Persistent deciduous teeth need to be removed. Problems associated with it are: malocclusion (pushes the permanent tooth), periodontal disease (due to its nature, it leads to plaque buildup and gum disease), and discomfort.
