Closing Remarks of Dr. Rodel L. Brucal during Monthly Sales Mtng, Januay 6, 2025 – “As we step into this year, we find it interesting… Where we go, and where we end up, will depend on the choices we make and the direction we choose to take. Not every battle we face will end in victory because there are many factors and people involved. However, the one thing within our control is our own actions — how we choose to respond and the manner in which we react.
If we encounter negative feedback or resistance to the products we are selling, that's alright. Such reactions will not determine the future of our work, our company, or the organization as a whole. Negative stories will not deter us (as a sales team) from continuing, our only choice is to move forward.
There will be times when other brands will lead, and we may experience setbacks in certain areas, but that will never stop us from producing high quality feeds. At Premium Feeds, we firmly believe that consumers choose our products for various good reasons, and we will continue to support them with value-driven programs and promotions.
We are a company deeply rooted in the broiler industry, with all the advantages in place — the best raw materials, cutting-edge science, and technology — to produce superior feed for broilers. We are also committed to expanding our reach, particularly into other species such as layers, which will become one of our flagship products.
We see the improvement of biosecurity and the development of vaccines as vital steps toward a stronger and more sustainable livestock industry. These are positive signs for our business and for the future of our industry.
