This is in lieu of what has transpired within the clinic for these past few days.
We would like to remind our clients of the following:
1.) Our business hours is from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ONLY. Which means, as much as possible we are only OBLIGED to cater messages on the page within the mentioned time frame.
2.) We are not obliged to provide the personal contact number of our resident veterinarians to clients as we value their privacy. As you have noticed, we have provided the clinic’s contact number on the page for our clients and not our vets’ personal contact numbers.
3.) As much as we value our clients, we also value respect. Please avoid demeaning our staff if we cannot cater your demands. Huwag nyo po kaming sabihan ng “WALANG KWENTA at PERA PERA LANG” dahil lamang po hindi namin nasagot ang tawag nyo ng 12:30 ng madaling araw.
4.) Don't be mad at us for not being able to answer your chat immediately after messaging us (a client got mad because we're not able to reply to her, JUST 2 MINUTES AFTER MESSAGING US).
4.) Lastly, we are not a 24/7 clinic. Hence, we can only cater Emergencies depending on the availability of our Vet.
As much as we would like to cater your requests and demands, we are also busy especially during clinic hours. We have patients IN the clinic to tend to. We apologize if we cannot get back to your messages as soon as you’ve sent it. However, we are also committed to providing optimum healthcare to patients that are in the clinic at the same moment.
If you are unsure of your pet’s condition, we suggest you bring them to the vet and not waste time on online consultations. After all, we cannot properly diagnose without checking your pets ourselves.
