4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be spayed/neutered
- Not aggressive
- No highly contagious disease
- Up-to-date with at least rabies and 5in1
- Not a personal pet
5. Each group/Org is allowed a maximum of 3 entries.
6. Once received with completed required information, we will upload to the official album with the same activity name.
7. TAG at least 20 of your friends to your photo entry as a comment.
8. Winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:

A. 3 winners of LAB TEST PACKAGE & SENIOR PET LOOT BAG

- Senior Loot bag (Toiletries and supplements) worth over Php3,000.00.

B. Special Prize:
1 Animal Welfare Group winner with the highest shares win BLOOD TESTS for 10 animal shelter pets. [Patients need to be brought to Vet Solutions for blood collection. No consultation included.]
