Today, October 24, marks three months since the devastating Carina typhoon claimed the lives of 16 of our beloved dogs at our previous shelter in Farmville, Montalban Rizal. We will never forget them, and they will always hold a special place in our hearts. 💔

While we are still heartbroken by their loss, we are grateful that our remaining dogs who survived during that previous typhoon, along with our 6 new rescues, are safe and thriving in our new home here in Montalban. We are also thankful that our compassionate and loving caretakers are safe and well. 🙏

Our thoughts are with all the people and animals who were affected by the typhoon. We pray for their safety and well-being.

To Kim, Kith, and the rest of your friends, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for taking the time and effort to visit our dogs at their home. Please understand that due to unforeseen circumstances and the current weather conditions, the meat hasn't been delivered to the shelter yet and we have placed them in the freezer. Many roads are impassable, but we'll get it there as soon as possible. We'll be sure to post videos and photos once the delivery is complete.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who stood by us during and after the typhoon. Your kindness and generosity made an overwhelming difference in our lives.

Thank you to the wonderful people in Tanay, Rizal, who opened their doors and hearts to us, our dogs, and our caretakers during such a challenging time. You provided us with much-needed refuge and peace of mind while we searched for a new place to call home.

To those who sent monetary donations and goods for our caretakers and dogs, your support was a lifeline. Your contributions ensured that our beloved dogs were cared for and that our caretakers could continue their work despite the difficulties.

And to everyone who sent messages of sympathy and encouragement, your words were a source of strength for us. Knowing that so many people cared and were thinking of us truly helped us get through this tough period.

UPDATE ON OUR SURVIVORS.

🐾 The dogs are doing great! They are as active and happy as ever. In a few days, we will be transferring them to their new home soon. Thank you still for all the help! 🏡🐶

UPDATE :

First of all. On behalf of our entire team, I wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the incredibly generous donation towards supporting our dogs and caretakers. Thanks to your donation, we have been able to provide essential supplies, medical care, and a loving environment for our dogs and caretakers. As of today we are still staying in Tanay Rizal in another shelter.

We are still looking for a new place to call home as returning to the shelter just isn't an option right now. There's so much repair to be done, and it's hard to be there without our beloved dogs who passed away. It's just too painful.

After taking stock, we have discovered that we lost a total of 13 dogs in the aftermath of the typhoon. We were able to retrieve the bodies of 12 dogs, but unfortunately, one was swept away, and we are still searching for the remaining three, and we assume that they are gone too. :(

Please continue to pray for us and may our remaining rescues continue to recover. We are still in need of help. Hoping that we can find a new place for them.
