Hiro, a one-year old male Golden Retriever was admitted last Monday due to Canine Erlichiosis.

What is Erlichiosis?
- a disease that develops in dogs after being bitten by an infected tick (Garapata).
- it infects their blood and cause decrease in blood cell and platelet counts like DENGUE.

Symptoms varies in animals. Some show alarming signs and some do not until it's too late.

That's why it is important to have an effective and safe Tick and Flea preventive measures or program for our pets!!!!
