Everyone is welcome to read poems, sing his and her heart out. It's a night of karaoke, live band, hugot and verses, food, drinks & fun with raffle draws and freebies to boot.

The first ever BE A HERO, WALK FOR COMPASSION-- a fundraising drive for sick and homeless cats and dogs-- is launched today at the Altaraza Town Center in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.

About a hundred pet owners have registered and participated in this event organized by TAILS, TREES & SEAS ORG. INC. with support from partners and sponsors including Altaraza (Ayala Land), San Jose Del Monte City Veterinary Office, San Miguel Compassion Towards Animals, Paw's Favorite, Qualipaws Animal Health Clinic, etc.

It is such a wonderful sight to see the adorable dogs of various kind and "breeding" get excited, strut and walk with their loving owners through a designated short stretch of road. Their owners are presented with paw medals and most receive freebies in a raffle.

It's a great time for pet owners to meet and interact with one another along with their dogs. All for a good cause.
