Sadyang nakakatuwa ang mga responsible fur parent na naglalaan ng panahon para sa mga minamahal nating fur babies.

Alam namin na alam nilang mahal ang bakuna pero mas mahal ang magpagamot. Kaya naman napaka-swerte ng mga bulinggit na ito at ng mga tulad nilang updated ang bakuna at pag-purga.

May mga sugat sugat ba sa balat ng inyong a*o? Baka demodicosis na yan!

Ano ang Juvenile Onset Demodicosis?

Ang juvenile onset demodicosis ay isang uri ng sakit sa balat na kadalasang nakikita sa mga batang a*o. Sanhi ito ng labis na pagdami ng maliliit na parasitong tinatawag na Demodex mites na natural na naninirahan sa balat ng mga a*o. Normal na hindi sila nagdudulot ng problema, pero kapag mahina ang resistensya ng a*o, maaaring magdulot ang mga ito ng pangangati, pamumula, at pagkakalagas ng balahibo.

Mga Sintomas

Pagkalagas ng balahibo – Karaniwan sa mukha, paa, at katawan.

Pangangati at pamumula ng balat – Maaaring magkasugat kapag kinamot ng a*o.

Mga pantal o butlig – Parang maliliit na tigyawat o nana.

Sanhi
Ang juvenile onset demodicosis ay madalas mangyari sa mga batang a*o na may edad na mas mababa sa isang taon. Maaaring namamana ito mula sa magulang, o dulot ng mahina pa ang immune system ng a*o.

Paggamot

Ang sakit na ito ay nagagamot sa tulong ng:

Mga espesyal na gamot para sa mites.

Regular na paglinis ng balat ng a*o gamit ang iniresetang shampoo.

Pagtutok sa tamang nutrisyon para lumakas ang resistensya ng a*o.

Mahalaga

Hindi nakakahawa ang juvenile onset demodicosis sa tao o ibang hayop. Kung may nakikitang sintomas sa inyong alagang a*o, dalhin agad ito sa beterinaryo para masuri at mabigyan ng tamang lunas.

Kung may tanong ka pa tungkol dito, ay dumulog lamang po sa aming clinic dito sa St. Paul Animal Health Clinic, Labangan Highway, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.
