DESPERATE CALL FOR HELP AS WE HAVE NO MORE FUNDS! ₱10 FUND DRIVE FOR SWS CONFINED RESCUES!

SWS is once again knocking at your heart for the sake of the growing number of confined rescues we currently have including those getting chemotherapy. Despite their dire conditions, we still do not get enough to cover their huge vet bills.

Given that we also maintain hundreds of shelter rescues, it is very difficult without your help. We first would like to bring them back to good health and eventually find them the perfect new home and family.

Kulot is the other half of Kukay (the other one is Kikay), she became an extension of my Papa's memories because she's fondly called "Dalaga ni Papa".

Si Kulot ay isa sa mga unang babies ng alaga namin si Bell. Sa 7 puppies, sya lang yung may kakaiba at obvious na kulot na balahibo kaya hindi na kami naghirap mag-isip ng pangalan nya. Walang gustong kumuha sa kanya kaya sya na lang naiwan sa 'min.

Normal na a*o, wala naman special tricks pero hindi sya sanay na igagala nakatali, mag-aaway lang kayo pag tinali sya. Akala ko dapat lahat ng a*o ganun, hindi pala. Never sya nangagat, sobrang gentle minsan nga wala sya pake sa ibang tao. Unbothered queen.

Hindi sya nagbuntis (matandang dalaga🫢) hindi sya ang nanay ni Kikay pero wala din sya nagawa sa kakulitan ni Kikay. (Hindi na sila mapaghiwalay) Siguro ganun lang talaga sya kabait, may naging kakaibang training ang Papa ko sa a*ong 'to.

May 2023 sya na-diagnose ng Pyometra, hindi na pwede operahan dahil sa edad. Pagdaan ng bagong taon, pumayat, hingalin, at unti-unti na talaga sya humihina pero lumaban sya hanggang sa pinakahuling sandali. Halos 2 weeks na hirap makalakad ng maayos, 1 linggo umuungol sa sakit, 4 na gabi kami na puyat sa pag-aalaga pero walang pagsisisi. Binigay namin lahat kasi deserve nya. Even bago sya mawala, sinigurado muna nyang tapos na trabaho para hindi kami mag-alala.

Sa loob ng 14 yrs, ikaw ang naging bunso ng pamilya. 1 week na simula nang mawala ka, miss na miss ka namin at ni Kikay. Deserve mo ang space sa memory ng page na 'to, Kulot. Mahal na mahal ka namin. Rest and run free, my love. 🥹🐶

PS. Sa mga pet parents, wag nyo sukuan ang senior pets at mga may sakit nyong alaga. Mahirap sa 'tin dahil hindi natin sila maintindihan pero mahirap din sa kanilang hindi mapaliwanag ang nararamdaman nila. Gusto nila lumaban, sana tayo din para sa kanila.
