Our Story
"Unity for the Community" Westgate Farm is an accredited DV Boer subfarm that open the gates of opportunity in one of the “west” of Luzon, Mindoro, providing profitable goat raising project participated by both the local farmers and paiwi partners which will help improve the community and country’s agriculture.
Westgate Farm was founded in 18th of Sept. 2017 in partnership with 2 families, the Cruz’ and the Bulans’. On January 2019, the farm was handed over 100% ownership to Mr. Richard Bulan and Mrs. Wilma Isabel Bulan who are originally from the Province of Mindoro.
The farm is situated in Sitio Mendiola, Brgy Pinagturilan, Sta Cruz, Occidental Mindoro developing a 9.3 hectares of agricultural land. Together with the unique “Paiwi Partner System” with our kababayans here and abroad, the farm will be an educational agri-tourism that showcase an innovative breeding sanctuary of upgraded livestock and ruminants which will start from boer goats imported from the Australia and breeding cattle with the imported Wagyu bulls.
