WHY WE HAVE CATS AT HOME?!
Pets like kittens have innate ability to teach fundamental values in life.❤
1. Sense of Responsibilty
We always love seeing our young family members getting involved in preparing for their food, water fountain and emptying litterboxes. They play a lot but at the end of the day we notice how they care for them deeply being enthusiastic in those little job they eagerly do.
2. Emphaty
I am always proud of our little ones whenever we see them at parties not being afraid to participate in animal shows. It makes me smile hearing them say sympathetic words to other kids with regards to treating animals. Cats are very sensitive. Whenever we don't feel good often times they don't leave our side. They will comfort us by lickinf and rubbing their heads against us. Having them around since childhood us understand other people's mood, put ourselves in their shoes and see how they feel making us more empathetic.
3. Respect for Living Creatures
Everything starts at home. Sometimes kids always want what they want... Get what they want to have or do what they want to do. So we always set example lessons by teaching through animals like. The cat is sleeping so you don't have to be noisy. Or the kitten is already tired of playing so they need to rest. In these way teaching RESPECT becomes easy.
4. Personal Hygiene
A healthy cat is a clean cat. Well, for me cat is the best example of how proper hygiene is done and maintained. They spend so much time grooming themeselves. That is why they don't stink as much as other pets. They know where to find the litter box and p**p. Which is a very excellent way of persuading little ones to their personal cleaning habits too!
5. Improved Language Skills
It always leaves me a smile in my face whenever my Nanay speaks to our pets like her own child and it even makes my heart grow ponder whenever i see babies or toddlers talk to them as if they are on the same language. They include them in their games and also tell them stories. They dressed them up and what funny is the cat doesn't complain at all. We have never experience any of our pets become violent with any of our family members more especially with the little ones.
A pet like a cat have been a great benefits for our child's development. It a great opportunity to grow up with a four legged bestfriend.😍
