How does a veterinary house calls with Dr. Richard work?

1. Get a schedule by messaging online and filling out the appointment request form. Dr. Richard will confirm as soon as possible. If there’s no immediate response, he may be on the road or with a patient. For emergencies, visit the nearest vet clinic.

2. Dr. Richard typically arrives 10 minutes before or up to 1 hour after the scheduled time. Appointments last 30 minutes to 1 hour. In case of delays, you’ll be updated. Please choose a convenient time to avoid schedule conflicts.

3. For some procedures, you’ll fill out simple paperwork upon arrival.

4. Dr. Richard will review your pet’s medical history, conduct an exam, and provide an estimate for diagnostics or treatments.

5) Dr. Richard will find a suitable area to work, bring in the necessary equipment, and carry out diagnostics, treatments, or procedures.

6) The house call will be invoiced, and equipment will be packed up. Payment can be made via cash, Gcash or bank transfer.

Limitations of veterinary house calls:

Life-threatening emergencies, extensive surgeries, fractures, and advanced diagnostic procedures are better addressed in a hospital setting. It’s crucial for pet owners utilizing Dr. Richard’s services to have an emergency plan in place for their pets.
