🦷 From Heavy Tartar to a Sparkling Smile! ✨

Check out this amazing transformation from today’s dental cleaning! This sweet patient came in with significant tartar buildup and red, inflamed gums. After a thorough scaling and polishing, their teeth are clean, healthy, and pearly white again! 🥳🐶🐱

Did you know that bad breath isn't just a "pet thing"? It is often the first sign of periodontal disease. When tartar builds up, it traps bacteria under the gumline, which can lead to:

🛑 Pain when chewing
🦷 Loose or decaying teeth
🫀 Heart, kidney, and liver issues if bacteria enters the bloodstream

The good news? Periodontal disease is entirely preventable! Bring your furry family member in for a dental checkup, and let's keep that smile healthy and pain-free.

A little late to the party, but everyday is Ginger Cat Appreciation Day when you are celebrating a true survivor. 🧡💪 September 1 is Ginger cat appreciation day.

This handsome orange boy recently went through pe**le urethrostomy (PU) surgery. It was a scary road, but he fought through it like an absolute champ. Orange cats are famous for having big personalities, but this one has the heart of a lion, too.

To all the pet parents out there dealing with feline urinary crises: there is hope on the other side! So incredibly proud of his resilience and grateful for every single purr.

🦜 Miracle Rescue: The Cockatiel and the Swallowed Feeding Tube!

Ever had a moment where your heart completely stops? That is exactly what happened to one of our clients when their sweet little cockatiel accidentally swallowed a crop-feeding tube during hand-feeding.

Fortunately, they didn’t panic—they rushed straight to us!

🩺 What Happened Next?

📍Our team acted fast to assess the situation.

📍 We safely retrieved the tube without needing major surgery.

📍 The little patient woke up stable, chirping, and ready for head scratches.

💖 A Happy Ending

📍 The bird made a 100% full recovery.

📍 He is back home, eating happily on his own.

📍 Crop-feeding accidents are scary, but quick action saves lives!

We are so proud of our veterinary team and incredibly happy for this resilient little bird and his dedicated family.
