The truth is, there would be no strays if there were no irresponsible owners in the first place. The problem has always been rooted in human actions, so why should the innocent suffer for human mistakes?
Not feeding stray dogs and cats is not and will never be a solution.

If General Santos Micropets Petshop can set up a feeding station for strays, proving that compassion and responsibility can go hand in hand, why is Tandang Sora choosing the opposite, letting them go hungry? Have people there really become that heartless?

Every stray you see is a life shaped by abandonment, neglect, or lack of accountability. They did not choose this life. But we can choose how we respond.
Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything. Feeding them is not the problem, indifference is.
