Sharing this FAQ for our dear customers' information. It pains us to hear that the lettuce is bitter. We understand how such a taste can affect the overall experience. However, we are glad to say that the management is taking action to address the issue.

In our research, we have found a solution that can potentially reduce the bitter taste of lettuce.

✅ Before consumption, soak the leaves into an iced cold water for at least 15 minutes (1 hour if you have time).

✅ Lettuce is considered as a cool-weather crop. So, soaking it to cold water can greatly improve its taste! This will help to crisp up the leaves and make them more refreshing too.

✅ Additionally, using a dressing with acidic ingredients, such as lemon juice or vinegar, can also help to mask the bitter taste.

We are confident that with the management's willingness to improve and the application of this solution, the lettuce served can become a more enjoyable and satisfying experience.😊
