First ever pet insurance claim with Standard Insurance Pet Health

UPDATE (27 Nov): After two weeks, we received the offer letter from regarding the amount they will cover (almost 90-95% of the total cost except medication and prescribed food by the vet). Final step: just waiting on the reimbursed amount via Gcash within the next 3-5 days.

TOPIC: First ever pet insurance claims with Standard Insurance Pet Health filed via email.

Budoy had hip dysplasia and gastroenteritis; vet bills and medications amounted to PHP13k+ in total.

(13 Nov) It's been two days and we're still waiting for aknowledgment via email from Standard Insurance. Policy indicates we can claim up to 50k. Does this really work? Let's see.
