Another FAKE PuppyLab item on Shopee, being sold by Petcher Organics /petgroomingsupplies (link to the FAKE milk : https://shope.ee/Ay6FomcoE — check the shop)

A concerned buyer messaged us that she was given a PuppyLab milk with a sketchy expiration date (see pic below), so she inquired if this was indeed fake.

After careful consideration of the external features of our packaging and theirs, its concluded that these are NOT REAL PuppyLab pet milk

- we don’t sell 100g packs
- we have specific batch numbers and expiration dates PRINTED on our sticker labels

We have reported this to Shopee as our PuppyLab brand is trademarked and owned only by PuppyLab. This should not even be considered as “Shopee Mall”, as it confuses consumers.

We ordered both from their Shopee account AND their actual shop (YES! We know who they are. And we are doing legal actions against the owner of this shop)

Our observations:
👉🏼 the counterfeit milk has a finer texture, almost like flour
👉🏼 the counterfeit milk has a “salty” and slightly sour smell
👉🏼 their qr code was a rotated version of our original one
👉🏼 sept 2023 expiration
