Sky's recovery Journey

A few days ago, Sky was presented to the clinic for episodes of vomiting and diarrhea that started a few hours after Rabies vaccination. He was then tested for CPV (Canine Parvovirus) and unfortunately tested positive. He was confined due to lethargy and dehydration caused by episodes of vomiting, diarrhea and inappetence and to receive treatment.

Fast forward to 6 days after treatment with solid stool, no noted vomiting and very good appetite, Sky is now discharged to continue his medication and recovery at the comfort of his home with his beloved human companions.

See you in a few days little fighter for your follow-up! ✨

Sushi, the not-so-little mushball is finally showing no signs of Giardiasis after being positive for quite sometime showing signs such us projectile watery diarrhea, lethargy and decrease in appetite.

We thank the owners for being compliant with his treatment protocol (tailored-fit for his needs). Now look at him, if only looks could kill! (Kamo na lang e isolate lalim ba) 🤣 kidding aside, we are happy of his improvement and wishing him the best of his health!!! (Photo posted with owner's permission)

For any pet health concern, we are now open mondays to sundays from 9am to 9pm.

The PVMA greatly grieves the passing of Dr. Daniel Coloma Ventura, Jr who served as PVMA President from 2012 - 2013.

Our profession has lost a veterinarian of rare caliber and professional integrity. Doc Dan was a brilliant educator, a staunch advocate of animal welfare, a foremost champion of doing what is right in animal disease control and prevention, amidst adversity.

And yet throughout his successful career and enduring legacy of service to the veterinary profession and the country, Doc Dan remained and will always be remembered as a cheerful soul with a humble personality. An inspiring mentor. A responsible son. A genuine and true friend.
