Don't use medicine without consulting your Vet.This dog was presented with the hiatory of excessive use of ani maggot powder. Trichlorfon(anti Maggots powder) is moderately toxic by ingestion or dermal absorption. As with all organophosphates, trichlorfon is readily absorbed through the skin. Trichlorfon decreases activity of the cholinesterase enzyme which is necessary for normal nervous system function.

Toxicity Symptoms: of acute exposure include headache, giddiness, nervousness, blurred vision, weakness, nausea, cramps, loss of muscle control or reflexes, convulsion, or coma as well as Haemolytic anaemia.

Note:Now Stella(Dog Name) is doing great now.

COLD WEATHER REMINDER!!!

As the outdoor temperatures start to drop, cats will hide under car hoods for protection and warmth.

Use caution when you start your car in the cold winter months ahead. If cats are left outside, they may climb under the car hood for protection from the cold. Before you climb into your car, slap the hood or open it for a quick look around.

Be a responsible and caring Pet owner and Deworm your loving pets on time.
Common recommendations for Deworming are:

• Treat kittens for worms every 2 weeks from 3 weeks of age until 8 weeks of age, then monthly to 6 months of age

• Treat adult cats (greater than 6 months of age) every 1-3 months

DUGI(Pug dog) came at PETMEDx with Myiasis under nose skin fold and Seborrhea (seborrhic dermatitis) on chest skin.
After 4-5 days treatment Now he is getting well.

Note: Please keep eye on skin folds of your Dogs because these are safe heavens to grow Malassezia pachydermatis in symbiotic relationship with commensal staphylococci, leads to dermatitis and pyoderma even Myiasis.
