Red-capped Parrot feeding on a Watsonia plant. I love photographing this vibrant coloured bird. They are quite skittish and will fly on movement or slightest sound. They were feeding here on this particular morning a few weeks ago and I spent some time trying to get images. It was windy and it was hard to focus on the bird. Red-capped parrots are native to Western Australia and can be found in the South Western Australia.
