ℹDear Friends,

We keep receiving a great deal of inquiries from various organizations and individuals regarding help for pets that have been affected by the current situation in Ukraine. 🇺🇦

The guiding principle of our company: WE FEED, WE CARE, WE LOVE, was always meant to show that we are particularly sensitive to providing proper care for all animals and thus supporting their owners. That’s why we could not ignore these requests. We believe that any help directed to those in need will give them strength and help them survive in these difficult times.

We address our support to organizations that organize collections and target those most in need, in a given place, at a given time. Since the first days of the crisis in Ukraine we have already delivered several tons of dog and cat food and our commitment continues unabated. More large batches of aid will be leaving our warehouses in the coming days.

We are happy that so many people of good will are committed to supporting and helping those in need. We thank our contributors for their big hearts and dedication. 📣

We know that only together can we bring so much good into the world.

We firmly believe that the current situation will soon come to an end and we will be able to rebuild a better future together. 💙💛

ℹ Experts at Linköping University in Sweden have been studying the effects of dog owners' stress on their pets for years and have found that chronic stress in humans can affect the emotional state of their pets. When they analyzed the results of their multi-year study, they found that the stronger the relationship between humans and dogs, the more "in sync" their stress levels were. But what's even more interesting is that not all dog breeds are subject to this synchronicity in the same way! Shepherd and hunting dogs were the most responsive, while primitive dogs were the least responsive!

The study showed a clear link between sleep quality and night companions. Children who were accompanied by their pets at night slept more soundly and felt more relaxed. This is likely because children see their pet as a "close friend" which can help limit nighttime anxiety and stress. 💚

ℹDid you know that dogs have very few taste buds and therefore a poor sense of taste? Not like us, humans. Therefore, it is not the flavor of the food that encourages them to eat it, but its aroma.

‼Remember that in hot weather, the air is very dry and hot and thus poorly transports fragrance molecules. This is why dogs often have a poorer appetite in the summer. If your dog is reluctant to eat food, try to serve it at cooler times such as late in the evening, at night or very early in the morning, or moisten the food with a little water.💚
