DOCUMENTS🪪
Depending on the country of origin, destination and a way of travelling, it might be different requirements for the documents of your pet. We will provide you the full info exactly for your case. Make sure everything is done before the trip starts.
CONTRACT✉️
As a fully licensed company, we operate shipment of pets under conditions agreed and signed in the contract.
DEPOSIT💶
We value time spent and agreements achieved with our customers. We are asking for a deposit for the trip not only to reserve a place for your pet, but to secure you from major changes: dates, price, route etc.
FOOD🥩
Each pet should have enough amount of their regular food to cover all the time on the trip. More over, we highly recommend also to pack some of the wet food. Every trip is a situation standing out of line for any pet. Even normally good eaters can refuse from their regular food. We will try to suggest them something more tasty.
EXTRA BELONGINGS🏰🎢🚢🛸
We are an animal transport company. And we guarantee that any pet, travelling with us, would have enough space for itself, for the things needed for the trip and a cabin size package to be given with it at pick up. If you wold like to send something oversized (like a bag of food of 15 kg, a suitcase of things and gifts etc), please inform us in advance as we might not be able to take it.
EXTRA REQUIREMENT FOR DOGS🦮
Every single dog travelling with us (no matter the size and age) is obligated to have a collar on the neck of a proper size and tightness. It is a question of safety for the dog! We are making the stops to walk the dogs, we are taking the dogs out of the boxes for checking and cleaning. Let’s secure them and reduce any risk.
