We were headed to a meet and greet today and it turned into a RESCUE too. Knocking two things out at once, I suppose 🤷🏼♀️.
⬅️ to see the newest, tiniest, sweetest soul, that just joined SOS today.
✨
As much as we would have liked to save them all, it wasn’t possible. The other 7/8 dogs (so sad), stayed far away from us. Maybe scared? Maybe feral? The only one that let us reach out and pet her was, the smallest of the pack. The minute we realized we could touch her - we scooped her up and put her in the car. She went on to do a meet and greet with us and now she is at our house (of course 🙃), resting. She is so exhausted. We know for a fact, she is so relieved to be rescued. Safe and loved already - she feels it.
We will get her to our vet, first thing tomorrow.
This is not a “hobby” to us. This isn’t something we planned/wanted to do. This is real life! This has become our life, not that we wanted this, but because we had to help. It was the right thing to do! We live and see this every day! It’s sad! Every single dog we have rescued, wants the life of a pet. Example for today, the little one we just saved. Look at the last picture! How could we have not saved her? Look at her! She is precious and we know for a fact, we will give her the greatest life from this point forward. A tiny fur ball, full of so much love - she is bound to bring endless joy, to someone’s life. ✨✨
Happy Monday!
