An update for our followers, family, and community: Punta Santiago Dogs is in the process of winding down operations with a goal of officially closing this year. While much of our work has slowed dramatically over the past few years, we have continued to rescue and support dogs both in the Punta Santiago region as well as other areas of the island, and continue to coordinate travel and adoptions stateside. We will continue these operations until we are officially closed, so please rest assured that all resources and donations received to date will be put to good use and will continue to support these goals. For all of those that have followed and supported us in various ways through the years, we are infinitely thankful for you and for the family we have built and for being patient with us during this transition. We couldn’t have done any of this without you and hope that you all stay in touch, not only with us but with each other. For that reason, we will not be closing this page as it serves as a powerful reminder of the lives that have been changed and the meaningful connections that have been made over the past years.
