Este fin de semana, 14 y 15 de octubre competirán para mejor de la raza 10 corgis gales Pembroke y 6 corgis gales Cardigan en los shows del Caribbean Kennel Club en el Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez en Bayamón. Los shows comienzan a las 800 AM y terminan a las 600 PM tanto Sabado como Domingo. Si gustas conocerlos, búscanos en las gradas y con gusto los ves de primera mano y de una vez charlamos sobre las dos razas de corgi.

We are happy all went well today with Frida’s whelping. This is a great Pembroke Welsh Corgi cross with Am GCh Palmer from Virginia thanks to my corgi mentors Anna Wyatt and Vicky Trexler, and the excellent veterinary care of Dr. Ricardo Fernández. 5 females, 1 male. Our pups (I say ours because they are shared-custody with corgi friends, and I say pups becuse all are fairly young), did extremely well in this past weekend’s AKC show in Puerto Rico.

1. Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s Abeja or BumbleBee (1.6 yr old) finished his American championship. He is co-owned with Angel Rios.

2. Cardigan Welsh Corgi’s Macarena (10 mo old, and PR-born) won three 4-pt majors, now with only 3-pt left to finish her American Championship. She is co-owned with Alexandra Rivera Carlo.

3. Cardigan Welsh Corgi’s Caeruleus (10 mo old, and PR-born) won two 4-pt majors, now with only 7-pt left to finish his American Championship. He is co-owned with Karla Ortiz.

4. Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s Pimienta (1.3 yr old, and PR-born) won two 4-pt majors. She is co-owned with Angel Rios and Karla Ortiz.

5. Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s Lady Arya (11 mo old, and PR-born) won a 4-pt major. She is co-owned with Angel Rios and Karla
Ortiz.

6. Cardigan Welsh Corgi’s Aguanile (2 yr old) won a 4-pt major, with two previous points, she is halfway to her championship.

7. Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s Blossom (11 mo old, and PR-born) won a 4-pt major. She is co-owned with Lila Elizabeth Pagán.

Ready for AKC show this coming weekend in Puerto Rico. 2-days, 4 shows total. There will be five Cardigan corgi bi***es competing and 10-month old male Caeruleus (Quimbara x Shadow). You can cut the tension with a butter knife.
