So much fun galloping through the Pinetrees 🌲
The weather looks like it’s going to get better from this afternoon onwards, so we’re excited to get out with the horses more this weekend!

By the light of the silvery moon…
It is a long time since it was possible at Pinetrees to do a sunset and full moon ride as. However, it is now back on the programme!
On the day of the Full Moon, Sunday 4 th June, starting at 19.00,
Daniel escorted a bunch of riders to the beach area, eventually stopping at Adrian's Dunes Restaurant to see the sunset.
There are rails where we can tie up the horses, removes saddles and bridles, and they can eat their supper while we dine on chicken and chips in full view of the horses munching and the view along the dunes and forestry looking eastwards. We made a large Pinetrees party with 18 bums on seats as family and friends joined up.
Not only that, this restaurant is dog-friendly on the outside terrace so Tarzan and Clara were very happy!
When the moon finally rose it was like a big red grapefruit and
illuminated the path home through the pine forest in the cool
evening air.
The next Full Moon is already fully booked for the 3rd July but that
will be followed by the 1st August, so best to book in now!
Look! 😍 A new arrival at Pinetrees.
Ms. Blossom has travelled down from the north of Portugal with Malaga International Horse Transport. Many thanks to Louise and Dave, the most amazing driver i have ever met. He reversed his large horse wagon down our drive!

Merry Christmas from Pinetrees 💚
Join us for a beach ride 🐴
It's a bit stormy this side of the Algarve this morning but the low tide means we get to take Electra out (ridden by Daniel) for her to gain more confidence closer to the sea. 🌊
Today there are quite a few rocks, the rough sea this morning has washed them up to shore so no canter for us. But it's still just as enjoyable walking the beach!
If you want to join us for a beach ride the next low tides are on Saturday 10/12 and Christmas Eve 24/12.
Join us on a 2 hour ride (experienced riders) for 80€
Price includes all riding gear, insurance and tax.

Chicken & chips at Fin´sIt is a long time since we have had a restaurant where we could lunch with our horses nearby and the dogs were accepted. This was our first - and certainly not the last – beach ride to stop at Fin´s for a lovely lunch. Our host, Adriano, was a rider himself and made us all very welcome, including supplying carrots for the horses! For November you could not have wished for a more beautiful day. Would you like to join the next one?
Happy Halloween to all of our Pinetrees friends & followers 🎃💚

Daniel Andrade & Taranto at CRD in Vilamoura
Daniel Andrade & Taranto did their first Dressage test at this level with a great result of 62,838. We’d like to thank trainer Emanuel Correira and Taranto’s owner Sylvia for helping him get to this wonderful show this weekend! Also a huge thankyou to Elisa Equiloule Equiloule & the whole Pinetrees team!
Well done Daniel! 👏🏼
This is the wonderful Charlie, a Welsh mountain Section B, who is now about 34 years old.
He has given much pleasure to many young riders, including being a gem at riding for special needs riders. However, do not be deceived - in his day he took part in many jumping competitions and was extremely quick and agile, and incredibly strong.
Who would give this pony a medal?
Greetings from the Algarve. Here, we would like to introduce Melany.
