Today we present you Rajada da Courela!

If you have a good eye for genetics and looks you might notice the resemblance (within reason) with our star youngster Sir John da Courela, as she his sister on both mother and father’s side.

Although this daughter of Jasmim Plus and Zafra was a late bloomer, she’s looking rounder and stronger everyday. She has already been backed and is proving to be very serious under the saddle, naturally exhibiting a lot of hind leg activity, one of the things we look for in breeding!

A big part of our daily work consist of getting the young horses started on their work life. If you are an equestrian you know how dangerous and stressful this process can be, but with a competent team this process can be made easy!

Our darling Rejina da Courela (in the photo) has already been backed and shes doing great at it!

We are very thankful to have horses with great character like Rejina and even better riders, like our dear , who can get the job done without bumps in the road!

Last month we received a visit from @show_up_comunica who prepared a little presentation of our project as breeders and riders, as well as our collaboration with @sf.feeding and the part they play in this project. We’ve been @sf.feeding ‘s clients for approximately 4years and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our results we’ve been getting with our mares and their offspring. Their help on nutrition, combined with our own breeding ideology has allowed us to raise horses that not only look great but also feel great and perform even better. About us

In the end of April 2018 we were able to buy this beautiful piece of land. We are living there now together with our horses, dogs, goats and chicken ;)

We offer training for horses and for people.

The farm is located on 10 minutes distance from Grandola. 30 minutes from beautiful beaches (Costa Azul/Blue coast). We have fantastics hotels around and the best gastronomy.

We hope to be able to construct our indoor arena next year and open our door for all the people who would like to come and ride our beautiful Lusitano horses!!!! Enjoying Portugal!!
