A cat came with vestibular signs (circling and nystagmus ) after clinical investigation of the case and skipping many causes that may lead to this signs
We found that the cat has this symptoms because inner ear disease
We put the cat on the suitable treatment and he improved nicely

Mikasa, 2m old kitten had accidental head trauma and was diagnosed with rupture of right tympanic membrane, fracture of orbit rim and a large haematoma involving right frontal area. The case is effectively being managed at Gulfcoast Vet clinic and Mikasa is showing good progress.

Management of a traumatic facial and eye injury in a cat. An abscess had formed and eye ball had developed profound swelling with anterior chamber haemorrhage and corneal damage. Immediate decompression of eye chamber was done to restore/save vision of the cat. Abscess was drained . Vision was restored. Next steps are to treat corneal injury with medicine or Surgery

Update for the stray kitten that i rescued last week because of leg injury, i just named him michael. He got discharged from a vet clinic Gulf Coast due to his good recovery status. Thanks once again to gulf coast vet clinic for doing your best to saved michael. Thank you a million to those who prayed, contributed for his treatment and recovery included miss Siham Barnaoui.
Keep saving the poor souls as long as we could able to do so. God bless everyone!

Tomy was got to GULF COAST with complaint of limping of front leg .On phesical examination it was found that Tommy had RADIAL NERVE PARALYSIS due to which there was a marked disuse atrophy of the muscles .The musckes did not have any power of mobility which was causing bending at the carpal joint resulting in continuous injury to the tissue touching the ground .After neuro ortho examination a decision to amputate the leg was taken . Post surgery Tommy recovered well and living healthy and happy life and got adopted by a nice lady the surgery performed by DR ABY

Silvester was admitted to Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital with old distal tibial fibular fracture so there was lot of muscle contraction so a meticulous dissection was done to separate the muscles , tendon and bone . After anatomical reduction under C ARM schanz pin was used as implant . We expect a speedy recovery and return of mobility for Silvester. # fracture repair # PERFORMED BY DR ABY
