Dalton update β€οΈ
It's so lovely to go visit and see this lucky young boy wagging his tail and happy to be alive. His injuries turned out to be far worse on x-ray and not what we thought originally. From the initial wound we had assumed a dog fight, but it seems it was deliberately inflicted by a human π
After intensive wound care Dalton is now ready to leave the clinic and needs a quiet foster home. As he needs time to re-build his muscles in his neck he still needs to be confined in order to rest. Short toilet walks only, he's eating, drinking, managing everything, he just needs more time π
Sadly Dalton will be the last emergency case we can help for now. We've had our annual vet account update and were horrified to find our outstanding total is almost *QAR 74,000* ! We have to start working on reducing it before we can do anymore π±

After some intensive care, food, hydration and minimal handling we had the best outcome for this young owl π¦
From barely alive and not able to stand he's fully recovered and back where he belongs, released in a safe area and so happy to be free β€οΈ
Thank you to his amazing foster for doing exactly what he needed to get back to the wild π₯°
Yay, foster found, thank you π

Is she lost? Is she dumped? Is she one of the lucky ones? We only know the answer to one of those questions......
Just found in the road, at an extremely busy intersection, curled up against the curb, stressed, scared, over-heating and clearly not street wise or a cat used to being outside. She was desperate to be picked up and rescued π’
It breaks our hearts to see so many cats and dogs in need, it's impossible to help them all. π
She's safe for now, will be chipped checked, cooled down and cared for BUT we have no space, no idea where to go from here, can anyone foster her please π
On the hard days we just have to look at the ones we can help. Please consider adoption π
Whoever just literally dumped these poor babies outside our gate, was their mother with them???? π‘π‘
This is just so wrong, what now, they are tiny and they need her. We assume she was dumped too, as you left food and water.
She is not there now π’
It feels like we have a revolving door at the shelter, constantly coming and going π€·
For every one we re-home, send overseas or plan for travel there are dozens more waiting to take that precious space π’
We have NEVER had this many pups under 8 months in our 20+ years and it's breaking us.
Meet these two happy, sweet, gorgeous boys who were found running for their lives on a busy highway.......exhausted, dehydrated, suffering from heatstroke π
We know we are stretched beyond our limits but we couldn't turn them away, we tried everything to find an alternative but they seriously had no other options. π
Please continue to support us and help us help them π
Eve is super sweet, loves kids. Of course we check many steps first and always fully supervise playtime. π
