Does your dog tilt its head when hearing this?

Is it grandma or the big bad wolf sleeping? Calm boys chilling together. This is how you introduce dogs. This is proper socialization. Is your dog able to relax near other dogs?

Dopamine box, muzzle training, skateboard training. Scent work All in one. Short evening session. This is how you build a strong dog mentally and it's a great way to tire him out too. Not running like a maniac!

Off means off. If your dog can do this, he's one step closer to being allowed on furniture. But there are also some more important things like not resource guarding you and other objects, not being aggressive or reactive etc Choose wisely if you want to give freedom go early or make them earn it.
