Ioan founded Genuine AI in 2019, a team of seasoned AI and R&D engineers delivering advanced AI in partnership with top universities and private partners. Before, Ioan co-founded Genuine AI, an AI cybersecurity company. Ioan advises 2 startups creating ultra-low cost testing and AI-diagnosis tech in Singapore and EU.

In 2016, Ioan won the XPRIZE Visioneers Program, leading to the $10M ANA Avatar XPRIZE, and then received a fellowship at the Brain Mapping Foundation. Before, Ioan worked at Deutsche Telekom, after several years as management consultant at PwC and Kearney. Ioan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
