Trailritt durch Transsilvanien

Total begeistert bin ich aus Rumänien zurückgekehrt 😊 Bei Transsilvanien denken die meisten sofort an Dracula 🧛‍♀️ Von der einzigartigen Landschaft aber wird viel zu wenig gesprochen. Fünf Tage lang bin ich mit einer Gruppe Reitfans auf wunderbaren Pferden🐎 durch Wälder, über endloses Grasland und durch verschlafene Dörfer geritten. Ein Ritt wie durch eine Filmkulisse. Kein Wunder, dass König Charles hier ein Landhaus🌾 erworben hat. Und indem können nicht nur Trailreiter übernachten, sondern jeder, der gern Ferien im Bett von König Charles 👑machen möchte. 🛏️🤴

With this photo from last years we are getting ready for this years season. A week from now we are going to spend the 4th day of the riding holiday at Miklósvár staying at Count Kalnoky's Guesthouses in Transylvania and visiting the Kálnoky Castle

The of our treks is to introduce our guests right into the of our culture – where have kept their original role. The ride is led through terrain, over hills and through , connecting one small village to another by unnoticeable tracks used by horses and carts. Up to 8 riders are led by 2 local guides.

A traditional custom on St. George’s Day, the 23rd of April, is to herd the flock of sheep 🐑 out to the meadows. The flock usually stays on the meadows until the end of September.
