He’s from a spot in another district that we have visited many times for the cats. We have known him for a long time, possibly first seeing him in 2020. He was dirty for a long time in his area. A kind person paid for his neutering and dental in which his teeth were extracted. His blood test showed elevated kidney values. He can be pet, but he may swat if one’s hand moves right in front of him. An adopter can learn to avoid or minimize such situations. He’s sweet in his own way; connect with him at his pace. Good with kittens.

If it seems like there may be a good match for him, a trial period for a potential adoption may be possible. I could get him some more bloodwork before that point.

Chester isn’t a cat most people would want, but most people isn’t all people, and perhaps there is just the right one out there for him. 🤷‍♀️

I love him, but we have several cats and fosters who aren’t all interested, and one cat at least who is integrated with him at times may want to be his boss.

Pops is a wonderful cat. By message, a vet thought he has sprained ACL, but it hasn’t been checked in person by a vet, and he hasn’t had x-rays taken.
