Kennel Excellents American Bulldogs

All my dogs used in breeding has an groundly evaluated health, mental status and proven working abilities before breeding.

The main goal of my breeding program is to produce healthy, functional and mentally sound bulldogs with correct temperament suitable for different kinds of dog-sports and as active families pets. All breeding stock are health tested for HD, ED, OCD and Spondylose. We use the Embark panel for genetic diseases and preform mental-evaluations (both MH & MT

) wich is the Swedish standard for breeding evaluations of working dogs. Also all of my offsprings is DNA profiled, Hip/Elbow evaluated and mental-tested before 24 months to get the hole picture of the genetics and health of produced dogs litter by litter. The puppies is brought up in my home and i put allot of effort in their environmental and social training, they live both inside my house and is used to outdoor kennel. I only have litters in spring/summer because its easier to get all the training done in nice weather. The pups also do puppy-tests at 7 weeks before the final selection is done. So there is allot of time, effort, heart and money spent on the few litters kennel excellent produces

I helgen var vi på American Bulldog Club Swedens (ABCS) Klubbmästerskap i Värmland 🏆
Det blev en super trevlig dag med härligt väder, trevligt umgänge och taggade hundar 🌞🍂🍁🔥

Tre kampen i år bestod utav diciplinerna Longjump, A-frame och High Jump.

Longjump har vi haft på KM i många år nu och den är väldigt populär bland hundarna också 💪 De övriga två grenarna var nya för oss detta året men det var kul att testa på lite nytt.

Alla hundar gjorde verkligen så gott de kunde, förutom Jaya som helst bara ville sitta i knäet på folk och mysa under High Jump disciplinen, och i övrigt bara vara med i de resterande grenarna om hon fick jaga sin flirtpole 🤣 Men man älskar ju henne ändå 😂😘💕

Resultaten på de 5 hundarna som representerade Kennel Excellent under denna dag ser ni på sista bilden och jag är som alltid så himla glad att få se hundar som innefattas utav kenneln visa upp sig och medverka i de arrangemang som arrangeras för rasen, så tack åter igen för en super trevlig dag 🤗

Another big congratulations to AKA "Lilly" for the 1st place 🏆🥇 in the Finnish breed club (SABRY) event that hosted SM in beasthunt last weekend 🐗

Lilly lives in Finland with Angelica and is owned by Forest Hills American Bulldogs 🐾

Capo:
He got a 1st place in hes class in longjump, and 2nd place out of all participants with hes longjump results and last but not least an 2 place in the total of dogs in hes class. Results: Longjump: 430cm Hedgejump: 100cm Wallclimb: 320cm

Fnokk:
Became regional champion in Rally Class 3 i Norway and in addition received first promotion to Elite Class

Only a year old and already Junior Champion and has started her training for weight pull competition next year 💪

Grattis till Anna Krüger och AKA Donna!

Donna har nu tagit sitt sista diplom i tem utomhus, och kom även på tredjeplats i ett av söken 👌
Hon har även nosat till sig sitt första diplom i tem fordon och en tredjeplats med ett SSE i ett av söken 💖
Så nu har hon bara två diplom kvar i klass 1 för att nå 1500 poäng

Då var sista hunden i C-kullen klar med sin mental utvärdering. Är väldigt nöjd med helheten i denna kullen och denna killen stack ut lite i första testet de gjorde och likaså denna gång.

About the Kennel

ABRA registered kennel since 2010. Bought my first American bulldog 2004. The main goal of my breeding is to produce HEALTHY bulldogs, BOTH mentaly and physicaly. Bulldogs that is suitable for different kinds of dog sports. An “allround” sports dog with great strenght, intelligence and currage that is up to any task and shows high dedication to both work and as an companion/familydog . Im not breeding for a certain type/look of the american bulldog and are using both Standard & Classic hybrids in my breeding program to focus on the abilities more than the looks, but offcourse they still fit the breed standard.

This is a Kennel of very small scale, i have for the first 6 years leraned the hard way about our breed and spent allot of time and money importing and training what happends to be non suitable dogs.. In 2010 i had my fist litter and i was very happy with my keeper and the litter over all and have been working and evaluating my male keeper (Excellent´s Against All Odds) for the last 7 years meanwhile i have searched for the right female to breed him with. I finally found the right female (Faithfullbulls Baby Mouse) and had my second litter 2018. This litter were only holding one pup, and i lost him out of heart faliure at three weeks old... And now here we are, in year 2019 and i have now imported a second female (Faithfullbulls Neige) and placed her in coown, and i hope i will not have to wait another 7 years for my next breeding LOL. My dogs health, mental qualities and working abilities are carefully evaluated and proven before breeding and all dogs and offsprings are health tested for HD, Pennhip, ED, OCD, Spondylose, NCL, Ichtyosis, mental tested and DNA profiled.

Im a “picky” breeder and hope it will pay off at the end. I named the kennel “Kennel Excellent” because i whant my dogs to be exactly that, EXCELLENT!! And thats what i will be continue to work on
