Just talked to the station where Tommy is for freezing semin. The s***m is viable after unfreezing so we can offer frozen semin for the next breeding season.

We can deliver nationally, to the EU and to Northern America.

LAUFEY WILLOW född 2021

E. Oakridge Archie - Moorfield Ted - Moorfield David. U. Eastcote Marigold.

Willow har ärvt sin mammas fanatiska psyke och tar sig an livet med både mod och nyfikenhet. Han är visad som tvååring för shire horse society och är godkänd för avel.

Som tvååring ställde vi också ut honom på Södermanlands hästavelsförenings sommarutställning där han fick 40 poäng (8-7-8-9-8). Han är nu ca 185 cm i mankhöjd.

Förutom att gå i avel kommer vi rida och köra in honom och vi har även tänkt använda honom till brukskörning i skogen.

Just finished the course and got my license to inseminate. I also got training to collect and handle semen so maybe we can collect our own stallions in the future.

Our first breed shire got approved as a breeding stallion and are doing great in the showring. Only 2 years old and got 1st class with 40 points and go the finals.

Got 80% on the foalinspection and got a ticket to Riksföl.

Fölbedömning på Nådhammar. Merope fick totat 24p/80%. Högst var en 9:a på travet.

Och kvalad till Fölchampionatet. 🤩

Our mare Herkules Torridon (Moorfield Ted x Cotebrook Ben Macdhui) has had a filly foal sired by Acorn Tommy.
Her name is Laufey Beinn Alligin. Beinn Alligin is a mountain close to the village Torridon in Scotland, meaning Jeweled hill. She will be called Ally.

Moorfield Ted is the sire of Herkules Catching Fire, the 2023 winner of King George 5th trophy at the world biggest shire show in UK.

Acorn Tommy is sire of Herkules Drama Queen who was "All-North American yearling mare" in 2019.

We’re happy to announce that we have our second approved stallion in our breeding program, Laufey Willow, sire Oakridge Archie, dam Eastcote Marigold. Willow is born 2021 and the picture is from a show last summer.

We have decided to also include our sporthorses on this page, not only our Shires. Today we have 3 Shires and 5 Sport horses. We are expecting 3 foals this spring 1 Shire and 2 SWB ( Swedish warmblood). So now there will be more frequent updates from us :-)
