Finally the SKK has registered Blixtens (Jupi-Lis Peppermint) BPH thus giving him the diagram below. I must say I’m mighty proud of the result. Blixten is since before X-rayed with hips A/A and elbows 0/0. Now we will wait for his genetic testing to be done and thereafter hopefully he might be able to contribute to the future of the breed with his good looks and fabulous mentality 🌺🤗

We are finally home from our quick visit in Denmark and the Herning Winter wonder shows. Hedda showed beautifully both days but was unfortunately not to these judges liking. She ended up 3:rd in open class both days.

As the results were not much to write home about Pago decided to spice 🌶️ it up a little so we would have something to remember about Herning 😆 While we were enjoying dinner in the hotel restaurant on Saturday evening (the dogs were in the hotel room) Ellen suddenly said “is that Pago?”. Sure enough - first Pago and then Hedda came trotting into the lobby and then the restaurant area - clearly looking for us 😇 We catched them easily enough and when I went to our room (on the third floor at the other end of the hotel) to get their leashes I found the door to our room open.
Somehow Pago managed to open the door and then use his nose to find us 🙈 I’m pretty sure Hedda was just there as a tag along 😅 I’m glad the hotel was full of only dog people so no one gave us s**t for our dogs shenanigans 😄
That we will surely never forget 🙈

But the main reason why we went to Denmark was to meet with the male (and of course his lovely owners 🥰) that we hope will sire Heddas first litter next year and we, both me and Ellen fell in love with him and we are quite certain that we have chosen a very good match ❤️ More info will be revealed very soon 🤗

Today we met up with Blixten - Jupi-Lis Peppermint (Hekla x Sambo) now 2 years and 3 months old and his owners, when he completed his BPH with amazing results! 🤩 He has grown up to a very handsome boy! ❤️❤️

On Friday we packed in Hedda and Pago in the car and drove up north to Sundsvall to participate in Sundsvall NORDiC show and also to visit Ruben and Juni from our latest litter (Hekla x Cintsa).
Unfortunately Hedda wasn’t this judges cup of tea but managed an Exc and then a second placement with CQ in open class. No placement in best bitch.

It was really nice to meet up with first Anna and Ruben on Friday and then Evelina and Juni on Saturday. Now six months old they are both developing nicely and have the sweetest personalities ❤️
Unfortunately it was starting to get dark when we met up with Ruben so the pictures of him aren’t the best quality.

It will be so exciting to follow these two in the future 🥰

This weekend handsome Elmo - Jupi-Lis Special Edition (Hekla x Cintsa) participated in his first puppy show and was awarded first BOB and then BIG-4.

He also got a lovely critique (freely translated from Finnish)
“Strong b***d male puppy. Head with good proportions, strong neck, nicely angulated front, strong legs, good feet, excellent ribcage, good topline and ridge, enough angulation in rear, moves well”

Big congratulations to Elmo and owner Pinja, a nice start to a hopefully successful showing career ❤️🌺

Today Ruben (Remember Me) and Juni (Unstoppable J) from our “High life”-litter made their debuts in the show ring with flying colors 🤗.
Ruben was BOB-puppy and Juni was BOS-puppy. Both with very nice critiques.
Ruben later on also managed a BPIS-4 against all breeds 🤩❤️
Big congratulations to owners Anna and Evelina. We are so very proud of you! ❤️❤️

Big congratulations to our Heddas beautiful mum Ariella (CH, GR.CH, C.I.B, NAT.BREED '22, ZAW '22, JM Amberhall Ariella) who this past weekend was awarded Best Veteran in Specialty Show and to Cintsa (Ch, Gr.Ch, C.I.B Amberhall Cintsangu) the sire of our "High Life" litter who was awarded Reserve Best in Specialty Show at SARRC Championship show under esteemed judge and breed specialist Orit Nevo from Israel.

And as a cherry on the top FCI has new acknowledged Cintsas C.I.B! 👏

Today it is our dear Fuji’s (South African import Karoskloof Edel Impi) 16:th heavenly birthday ❤️ Dearly loved and always missed ❤️

It is also exactly one year since our second SA-import Hedda (Amberhall High On Emotion) came to us and we picked her up at Arlanda airport.

Fujis litter sister Zinzi is also Heddas great grandmother on her father’s side.
Their close relationship to each other is one of the reasons for why Hedda came to live with us ❤️❤️❤️

We have had a fabulous show-weekend.
On Saturday we drove to Norrköping to attend Norrköping NORDIC dog show. Under the honorable judge Anette Edlander, SWE, with a breed entry of 28, Hedda managed first to achieve an EXC 1 and CQ in Intermediate class and then, in a very strong best bitch lineup consisting of seven girls, she was placed third after two lovely champion bi***es thus earning her second CAC.

Today, second day of showing this weekend we attended Eskilstuna International dog show with a breed entry of 29. Judge Marie Gadolin, SWE.
We didn’t really have any expectations today as the judge was very strict and wasn’t too generous with the CQ:s.
Hedda was also a tad bit too excited but still managed an EXC 1 with CQ in her class and in a best bitch lineup of seven lovely ladies the judge placed her second after a stunning champion bitch thus gaining her third CAC and a reserve-CACIB (which will later be confirmed as a CACIB as the winner is already C.I.B.)

We are over the moon. In only six outings this summer Hedda has managed

🌟 5 x Class winner with CQ
🌟 4 x Best bitch-placements
🌟 3 x CAC,
🌟 2 x Res-CACIB (well…)

Now we will take a couple of weeks rest from showing.

This past weekend we, me and my daughter Ellen took Pago and Hedda and went on a small roadtrip to attend first Askersund NORDIC on Saturday and then SRRS specialty show in Karlstad on Sunday.
Hedda unfortunately wasn’t these judges cup of tea so no results to brag about there but our Pago, who attended the pet-class show (he unfortunately has an overbite) on Sunday went all the way to BOB ❤️🌺
The judge said it was such a pity about his mouth because she really liked him ❤️

A little bit late but we participated in Stoxa international dogshow on Friday 19/7. Hedda managed to first win her class with EXC and CQ and then went on to become 3:rd best bitch under judge Espen Engh, NO. 🤩🥰🔥
