Victory for MB Synne, "Diva", in her first race 🔥! She has still a lot to learn, but it was a good start for her. Congrats to my sweet little girl ❤️
Maräng and Bad Liar had a tough race against strong competitors, and finished third (Maräng), and fourth (Bad Liar). The race was very fast, so both girls got elite times on short distance 👏

We went far to compete this weekend, all the way to Simrishamn!
🥇 Maräng did a phenomenal race on short distance, she won, and got the class k02 - almost the best you can get! Congrats my little rascal ❤️
🥉 Bad Liar is after heat and is starting to lose her good shape unfortunately, but she gave 100% as always and finished in third place. Good girl 😍!
MB Synne had the privilege to act as support in a license race, and did a good job. She ran well and crossed the finish line first of all. A good experience for her 👏

Our Swedish Championship adventure for this year is over, with fantastic achievements:
Bad Liar made it to the final on middle distance for bi***es, beating her personal record in both her races and finished 3rd in the big final 🥉
Maräng also made it to the final (totally unexpected! ) on short distance, beating her personal record, finishing in the 6th place.
And... our club, GHS, was second best in the medal league after the hosting club Västerås! Way to go 🔥
Last Sunday Maräng did her best race ever and earned a place in the A-final on short distance at the Swedish Championships: 295 m. in 18.95 sec. 🔥
So now I have both my dogs in the "big" finals, one on middle distance and one on short distance - difficult to take in, really!!
The finals take place on Saturday the 27th of July.
My beautiful Loka (Bad Liar) has made it to the final in the Swedish Championship (middle distance for bi***es) once again, for the third consecutive year: Åkers Kanal 2022, Skellefteå 2023 and now Västerås 2024.
In the qualification round she ran a tight race and came in second with the time 32.93 which gave her a place in the final next Saturday, 27 July. Can't be prouder ❤️🇸🇪!!

In a rainy and windy Borås, Bad Liar ran an extremely tough race: 492 m against some of the fastest whippets in Sweden. The goal for her was to run her own race with a good start and a good time, which she did. She was second to split time after unbeatable Hilarjia, and got her twelfht elite time (m04) on middle distance. Very well done, since the track was soaking wet and heavy.
Maräng tried middle distance for the first time and ran against three fast girls. She did a good job though, and got the class m07.

Maräng raced both days and came second on Saturday and first on Sunday in group C. In the end, she won her group! I' m so proud of her and the fighting sprit she shows 🥇❤️
Bad Liar ran a long distance race on Sunday, 738 m. She did a brilliant race, but didn't have the strenght yet to beat MB Callidora Black, a phenomenal stayer. Both girls got the class l01 though, so they did a great job 💪

Maräng's midsummer race at our home track in Järbo. Good start, but then it got a bit tight in the curve, something happened there, and she lost her speed.
I'm very pleased that she is now getting out of the box faster than she did last year - maybe she's got hang of it ⬆️!

What a day at our race track in Järbo!
Perfekt weather, beautiful and fast dogs, nice people and quite a big audience (as usual at midsummer) came to watch the competition.
Of my girls only Maräng competed. She was fast out of the box but had to se herself defeated by her sister Mazetti and HM Ambrella, who made an incredible first competition for the season.

Millie Maräng, winner yesterday in Västerås 🥇!! She had a great start, took the lead and held it throughout the whole race. Congrats, my beautiful, happy little girl ❤️
Bad Liar, "Loka", got disqualified unfortunately, as she was messing with another dog during the race. She will now be checked to see if she hurts somewhere, and if that caused her frustration during the race.

Monday is Swimday 🌊🌊🌊
Second race of the season yesterday, at Borås Greyhound Park.
- Bad Liar came in second after a thrilling race where the difference between her and the winner was a 1/100 s!
- Maräng did her best and ran a race although she's still in her false pregnancy period. But, she was happy to run as always! Fifth and last place for her.
- MB Synne did her first start from the box, which went OK! She was slow out of the box and a bit wobbly as she started to run, but all in all - she did alright ❤️ Now we're aiming at the solo license.

Äntligen dags att börja träna igen! Ett lagom träningspass för alla tre tjejerna hos Lotta på Valbo Hundtrim och Sim. Millie har fått in snitsen nu efter all simning förra året, Diva är inte övertygad men simmar mycket bättre i år och Loka är proffs. Vibben är uppskattad av samtliga ❤️ Nu är vi igång 💪🔥👏!
