- Kindly ensure your fur babies is tanglefree in order to achieve preferred style and hair cut
- Additional dematting will be charge for de tangling

- Please do inform us in advance, if cancellation is required
- Pawparazzi reserves the right to cancel your appointment if later than 20 mins
- No show fee $30 will be applied when customer fail to turn up for appointment or last minute cancellation
-No surcharge applies on weekly & bi-weekly basic grooming customer , will only applies on full grooming services (19th jan- 2 Feb 2024)
