We spent Saturday celebrating with our customers and yesterday, Tuesday, with our team. We are very thankful for the support and love you have shown us over the years.
Over the years, there are things that we have done okay, and instances that we can do better. Thank you for your patience with us even when we are found lacking at times. We will continue to strive to do better, serve you better.
8 years have flown by in an instant. We look back with pride at how far we have grown, and we look forward with excitement and optimism as we continue to be a part of you and your petsโ lives in the many years ahead.
