🐠Catching an Arowana requires patience and care to ensure the fish remains calm and stress-free.
Follow these steps:
1. Preparation: Fast the fish for a few days to reduce waste production and perform a water change to maintain clean water conditions.
2. Approach: Slowly open the tank lid and place your hand gently into the water, allowing the fish to get accustomed to your presence. Guide its head to turn in a specific direction.
3. Transfer: Fill a bag with water from the tank. Carefully guide the Arowana head-first into the bag, secure it quickly to prevent escape, and tie it tightly.
This method ensures both your safety and the well-being of your prized Arowana during the transfer.
