Last Sunday, when Ollie was in a state of semi-consciousness and we were unsure if that would be his last day, I told him that he has done very well this life and that his soul would certainly have a high chance of ascending to an animal with a longer lifespan the next round. So I asked him what he would like to be next…
He said “I want to be a cat 🐈 or an elephant 🐘 “
We were honestly curious for a while how he would know what an elephant looks like 🤔 but I did not ask him (not wanting to dampen his aspirations)
Later that evening, just as I was doing my housework, he suddenly said “Oh I know what an elephant is because I have one in my cage the whole time” 😑😑😑
So anyways, we cremated the “elephant” along with him so he can go forth confidently back to the Source and present his proposal. 🤍✨🐘

Today, Ollie has gone home to rejoin his spiritual team who welcome him back with open arms and joyful celebration for his huge learning and accomplishments in this life he lived. 🤍✨
Back in March 2023 we adopted Ollie from with his foster’s recommendation. At the age of approximately 7 months at that point, Ollie came to us with very little experience of being handled and free roaming. I remember it felt like we adopted someone else’s teenager who has already formed his own habits, and it was a bit challenging to form a connection with him because he has his own habits.
However, much to our surprise in the following months to come he started to warm up tremendously well to playing with us and he even learnt how to respond when his name was being called. Most excitingly, he learned how to take the stairs to come out of his cage every night and free roam whenever he wants to and return to his cage to use the toilet or sleep.
As he approaches his 2 years of age, even though he started to slow down in activity, he still ate a lot of porridge every day. Until early May, we noticed that his appetite has reduced a little and he sleeps a lot, and we found out about 10 days ago that he has a pretty large tumour in his kidney so there would not be very much time left for him.
That was when we decided that we would give him the best palliative care and keep him as comfortable as we can. For the past 3 days, his condition worsened yet, he was such a trooper and his heart was so strong. We kept asking him if he wants to go, but he just kept holding on with slow and heavy breathing.
Finally, he made his last breath at around 1.30 a.m this morning and we said our final goodbyes to him. 🌈
Ollie is a very special boy who has left a huge paw print in our hearts with his big smiles and twinkling bright eyes 🐾
Go towards the light and be free and happy now my darling boy. You will always be so loved and remembered by mummy and daddy. And if you wish to, you can always come back and reunite with us. 💕
