Our inspiration for these mooncakes is that we really enjoy having a different “𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴” in human mooncakes for a mix of flavour and texture and so we thought, why don’t 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 too? And thus, these combinations with pretty pastel colours are born! 🤍

Did you think we were just gonna do treats….? 😉Introducing our limited-edition National Day Special, Shiok Shiok "Otah!" 🐟

Inspired by one of Singapore's most beloved local dishes our "Otah!" pet bake features a carefully selected blend of ingredients, including Mackerel, Whitefish, Coriander, Moringa, Turmeric, Beta-carotene, and Beetroot. Each ingredient is thoughtfully chosen to replicate the flavors and look of the traditional Otah dish and at the same time giving an addition of nutritional benefits for your furkid! 🌿

Do note that our Otah's require cooking! To cook the Otah: STEAM for 10 minutes OR BAKE in an oven/air fryer at 180 degrees for 8-10minutes. We personally recommended baking it - it'll be even more fragrant from the banana leaf! (p/s: yes... it looked and smelt so much like Otah... the humans from the team taste tested it too and its really like Otah just without the spice!!! HAHAHA really approved by both the humans and the doggos!)

Some backstory and inspo on why we decided on these flavours! We wanted to do something slightly more different than the usual kind of local flavors.. with a slight twist and we thought of some of our Singaporean favorite essentials food and snacks!

Starting with the 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 - how can we leave out something Pandan flavored for a National Day launch? Inspired by Pandan Coconut Cookies, but better - with the addition of 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙈𝙚𝙖𝙩 & 𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤, and the fragrant taste and smell of 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣 and 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 which will leave the doggos wanting more! 🥥

As for 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤.. I don't know about you guys but I can eat Cai Fan everyday HAHAHA and my absolute favorite is Sweet and Sour Pork! Definitely an essential in my books - so I thought... why not make a dog-friendly version? Marinated 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙇𝙤𝙞𝙣 in 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 and topped with 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙢! Chef's kisssssss. 🍍

"𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐠𝐠" 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐧.... oh.. how much I love Irvins... One day my dog was staring at me superrrrrr intensely while I was eating it and I thought.. Hey.. Our dogs... deserve some as well! Replacing Salted Egg with regular 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙀𝙜𝙜𝙨 , and curry leaves with 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙡𝙚𝙮... a dog-friendly version is born! Dehydrated to perfection, it's superrrr crispy but if you want it EVEN more crispy, pop it in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes! Yums! 🐟
