House of Muttcakes It's simple, really. We want better for our dogs. Our animal companions deserve REAL FOOD.

All bakes are dog-safe and handcrafted with honest ingredients because nothing beats home-made. As dog lovers ourselves, we would never willingly choose chemical additives and artificial preservatives over home-baked nutrition - we try to keep our prices affordable, so that better quality treats can be accessible to as many canine companions as possible. With simple recipes, premium ingredients, a

nd small-batch bakes which are hand-cut and mixed from scratch, this is as close as it gets to making your pup's fav dog-safe treats yourself (minus all the hassle)! A portion of sales proceeds goes towards animal shelters and rescue work.

Throwback to Pawpaw.sg’s Festive High Tea event at on the 18th this month, where pawrents created fond (and delicious) memories with their lucky doggos!

The hoomans enjoyed sweet and savoury bites from Wildseed Cafe featuring delights such as Spiced Pear and Chestnut Tea Cake, Turkey Ham, and Cranberry Croissants… while the doggies were treated to House of Muttcakes’ freshly baked Pork Pupcakes containing only human grade ingredients such as lean meat, broccoli, carrots, and oats, plus topped with pretty mashed potato rosettes 😍

Annnddd in the blink of an eye, Alfie turns 2! Alfie’s Barkday Muttcake last year was a 300g Dripcake Delight… he’s older and bigger now, so he’s upgraded to a 500g Signature Pork Muttcake. His mama says he loved the handcrafted K9 Kookies (they were freshly baked with our Nuts About Bananas recipe, featuring… lots of fresh bananas 🍌!) 😆

So happy to have finally met the pretty Barkday girl and to have spent some time with her today 💓 Jelly’s guardians took her swimming and spoiled her silly with all her favourite treats 🥰

This doggy holds a special place in our hearts… many moons ago, we first saw Kafu and his siblings (then named Juday and Letif) at the shelter… they were weak, malnourished pups covered from head to toe with mange. It was heartbreaking.

Shelter staff shared that their blood work results were dismal and their glucose levels were severely low, but they were not responding well to having IV drips inserted. The clinic advised supporting their weakened state of health with nutritious food made with honey to help these rescue pups get stronger naturally, so we doubled down and baked them nutritious pork+broccoli-filled Muttloafs and Manuka Honey-drenched Barkwa to feed their hungry little bellies, in the hopes of encouraging them to start eating well so that they could get stronger…

Over time, they did 😊 With extra TLC from the staff (one of whom made the effort to feed them with daily home-cooked meals), Kafu and his siblings were nursed back to health. Each of them went to different foster homes and were eventually adopted.

The universe works in amazing ways to bring us moments of joy - we’d never met Kafu’s guardian prior to this so imagine our pleasant surprise when coincidentally, she got in touch with us to put in an order for Kafu’s 1st barkday! Kafu isn’t a common name so we put two and two together and realised that this was the very same puppy from the shelter!

We are over the moon to know that Kafu is so loved by his forever family 💕 Happy Barkday ! May you always be surrounded by love and good food! 🐾

His lovely mama got him a fruit-topped Naked Number Muttcake two days before this, as a Barkday Pawty treat for Floyd and his cute furiends at daycare (check out the previous post to see the sweet Barkday boy with his other fruit-topped Naked Number Barkday Muttcake). 🤍

Floyd has been with us for over a year (he gets a monthly subscription bag of handcrafted treats delivered to him in the middle of each month)! Each time we visit him, he’s always so happy and waggy! Floyd sparks joy! ✨
