Almost 3 years ago when we first launched Catpurra, we hurdled through the Covid pandemic and asked ourselves if we made the right decision. Timelines was not in our favour and it was definitely a challenge to overcome.

But during this period of quietness, Catpurra team agreed to remain steadfast and remind ourselves of our intentions in opening Catpurra. We took this time to restructure our approach in our services and being new in the industry, we welcomed new challenges on our plate.

We were then approached by Berita Harian, our local Singapore Malay newspaper to discuss how we tackle the pandemic. We were surrounded by key players from other industries and felt it was an eye opening experience for Catpurra and team.

Since then, we’re truly humbled by this opportunity and be able to create a positive impact to our existing customers who have stayed with us since the beginning and our customers who believe in our services.

We as a team will continue to progress to create better support for your cats. As a small establishment, we’re very grateful for all the patience and support given to us thus far.

Perseverance and positivity is key.
